Raspberry Whip

Raspberry Whip: This one was a bit tricky. After the first attempt we tried blending the whip in with the drink and it was still a fail. We will post the more successful attempt in the next blog post.

Recipe: 

Produce

• 1 pint of raspberry juice (seeds strained)

Condiments

• 1 shot of half and half
• 2 shots of cold brew concentrate

Baking & Spices

• heavy whipping cream
• sugar
• dark chocolate

Frozen

• 1 Ice

Beer, Wine & Liquor

• 1.5 oz white rum 

To make: Whip raspberry juice, whipping cream and sugar together until thick

Melt dark chocolate in double boiler and drip into an empty cocktail glass

Shake rum, coffee, and half & half over ice

Serve with a topping of raspberry whip
