• 2 sprigs Lavender

Condiments

• 1 1/4 oz Honey simple syrup
• 1/4 oz Lemon juice, fresh-squeezed

Beer, Wine & Liquor

• 1 1/4 oz Gin, good quality

Garnishes: 

Fresh Lavender

Kelli: "Ugh, its too much lemon. And the simple syrup is too watered down" "I can make this way better"

Combine:
2oz gin
light squeeze of half a lemon
6 oz Earl Grey Tea
1 TBS Honey
1 Egg white

In shaker with ice. Shake till frothy


Kelli: "MMMM, that's good...that's real good" "I'd drink that again...that creme earl grey, yep." "You can taste all the ingredients, but in a good way. that's a fun little drink I made!" "The tea could be stronger"
