• 1/2 Lemon squeezed
• 1 Egg White

Baking & Spices

• 1 Sprig of Lavender 
• 2 Big leaves of Sage 

Frozen

Ice

Beer, Wine & Liquor

• 3/4 oz of Gin - Bombay Sapphire 
• 1/2 Ginger Liquor - Domaine de Canton 

1 oz Limoncello - Caravella

- Muddle herbs and lemon juice very well
- In cocktail shaker mix all ingredients together
- Serve in glass with ice and a sugar rim
